• Be punctual and honest
  • Read and fill out forms thoroughly and honestly
  • Read the Employee Handbook and use this as a guide
  • Advise the AILS interviewer of any situations when you are unable to attend work. (eg. sport on Saturday’s, religious events etc.)
  • Ensure you have PPE (personal protective equipment) suitable for the position you are applying for
  • Be polite, if there is a problem don’t abuse people, make your complaint in a clear positive manor
